Ashley Palmero – Weekend Breakfast Show Host
Ash Palmero has been part of Rebel FM for more than 20 years. He first made his mark as the voice of our weekday breakfast show, which he hosted for 18 years alongside a string of co-hosts, building one of the station’s most popular programs.
These days, Ash is back on air every Sunday with his own show, and teaming up with Jake Chapman on Weekdays. Known for his cheeky love of hashtags (often questionable, always entertaining), Ash lives by his motto: "When you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life."
Off-air, Ash has used his platform to champion men's health and mental health awareness. His passion for motorcycles inspired Rebel FM's annual Moustache Ride and Steel Horse Ride, events that have raised more than $50,000 for Movember.
A keen traveller, Ash has ticked off plenty of destinations across Europe and Asia, but he still insists nothing beats a good cruise.
Away from radio, Ash is a proud dad to two adult kids, stepdad to two more, and husband to Silverbell—his biggest supporter and rock in life.
