About the Show
Ash and Jake – two best mates.
Although being worlds apart, Rebel has brought the duo Ash and Jake back together on your airwaves every weekend morning from 6am.
Since co-hosting the successful Rebel Breakfast Show several years ago, the boys have grown older (not wiser) with Jake now a father of two little ones, and Ash a grandfather.
Ash is a mental health advocate, and even though Jake is in therapy from working with Ash, the boys have a true bromance.
Whether you’re hungover, cracking your first one or still drunk from the night before, the boys will carry you through your weekend mornings.
Ash and Jake kick off your weekend every Saturday and Sunday morning from 6am.
