Rebel Radio Network General Conditions of Entry and Competition Rules

  1. These Conditions of Entry and Competition Rules apply to all promotions run by Rebel FM and/or Breeze FM (being The Rebel Radio Network) will conduct the promotion. The Rebel Radio Network (TRRN) reserves the right to add and/or delete participating stations at any time.
  2. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry and Competition Rules. TRRN reserves the right to exclude any person from the contest on the grounds of criminal record, or for medical reasons.
  3. Prizewinner(s) will be determined by random draw (unless otherwise specified). Prize-winner(s) will be notified by Rebel FM and/or Breeze FM by phone and or mail including electronic mail service.
  4. The prize(s) are not redeemable for cash or transferable. Only the person who originally entered the promotion can be awarded the prize(s). No other family members, friends, office associates or any other person will be able to participate on another person’s behalf.
  5. Only one entry per address is acceptable. Competitions are open to permanent Australian residents only.
  6. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. When the prize includes international travel, where the winner is under 18 years of age they MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over.
  8. When the prize includes alcohol, lottery or other gaming competition the winner must be 18 years of age or over and provide suitable identification (passport or driver’s license) to verify their age before the prize is awarded.
  9. Where the prize includes international travel, the winner MUST have a valid passport and relevant Visas and valid for the travel period.
  10. Any changes to travel dates or additional accommodation outside the travel period specified in the prize details, made by the winner, which incur additional costs, are to be paid by the prize winner.
  11. Incidental costs, such as but not limited to, passport costs, travel insurance, departure taxes, airport transfers and all other personal expenditures will be at the winner’s expense.
  12. Employees of TRRN – This promotion’s participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, employees of other radio stations and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate and win. The term “immediate families” include spouses, grandparents, parents, children and grandchildren whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other family extension.
  13. TRRN disclaims any responsibility for the inability to complete or continue an entry due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnection and acts of God or otherwise. Participants are restricted to the use of ordinary telephone equipment
  14. To the extent permitted by law the TRRN will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of the prizes.
  15. By participating, all winners grant TRRN exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices and likeness in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
  16. All personal details provided to participate in these promotions will be held by TRRN for the purpose of this promotion and entries may be used by the TRRN for future promotional and marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by entrants.
  17. TRRN reserves the right to refuse awarding any prize to a person who is determined to have violated a TRRN rule as outlined above, gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or obtained a winner status using fraudulent means.
  18. No purchase is necessary to win.
  19. Allow two weeks for the delivery of prizes.
  20. If entry to this competition is being made online (eg via www.rebelfm.com.au and/or www.thebreeze.com.au), by completing an entry, in addition, the participant agrees to be bound by the website general Terms and Conditions of Use. In the event of conflict between these Competition Terms and Conditions and the website Standard Terms and Conditions of Use, the specific Competition Terms and Conditions will prevail. Rules may be amended from time to time by employees of TRRN.
  21. TRRN reserves the right to discontinue a promotion at any stage.

  23. Some competitions on the websites are only open to certain regions. Please ensure you have the correct region where you live selected in the top right-hand corner of the home page.
  24. Where stipulated on the promotion’s website page, you MUST answer your phone when you are called by the on-air team to be eligible for your prize – if you don’t answer their phone call, the prize will be redrawn and awarded to the person who answers their phone.
  25. If you have won a prize from TRRN, you can not win again for at least four weeks.

The Change Maker Terms and Conditions

  1. Nomination of multiple organisations is permitted.
  2. Organisations can be renominated in subsequent months if they do not win.
  3. Competition is open to all non profit and not for profit community groups and organisations, church groups, charities, sporting groups and schools.
  4. Entry is free and open to all Australian residents 18 years and over.
  5. Winning group must allow use of their name, photo and logo in follow up marketing and promotional activity for the Bendigo Bank Rebel FM Change Maker Competition.
  6. If the nominee is not a representative of the nominated organisation, contact will be made with the shortlisted organisations each month to verify nomination.
  7. The person nominating the club, association, or not for profit group is not eligible to win the $500 as an individual.

Rebel Media Privacy Statement

Rebel Media respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Rock Mob Terms and Conditions

Rock Mob terms and conditions to be read in association with Rebel FM’s standard terms and conditions as outlined above

  • Member refers t a person applying to be part of the Rock Mob band and participate in the on site performance
  • Profits from memberships will be paid to MOVEMBER AUSTRALIA team Rebel
  • Payments must be received and processed before 31/10/2019 for members to be eligible to play at 12 midnight
  • Rebel Media and our associates are not liable for any injury that may be sustained be members including public while at the event
  • Members understand that all care is taken to ensure personal and public safety with the responsibility of such will remain with the member
  • To be eligble to play, members must be Fully paid up collect band shirt on day of event from event location during between 12pm and 5pm on the day.
  • If band shirt is not collected, the shirt is available for pick up only from Rebel FM in Helensvale
  • No refund of payment for any member that fails to appear at the event or participate for any reason

Terms and Conditions GC 600 Promotion 1 & 2

These terms and Conditions should be agreed to in association with Rebel Radio Network General Competition

  1. Promotor is Rebel Radio Network (Rebel FM)
  2. Competition is open to Australian residents only, 18 years and over.
  3. Staff and Contractors of Rebel Radio Network PL and their immediate family are ineligible to enter this competition
  4. Promotion 1: Winner will be drawn at random from entries received during the competition period 12am 23/09/2019- midday 29/09/2019 Promotion2: Winner will be drawn at random from entries receive 12am 30/09/2019- midday 06/10/2019
  5. If Rebel Radio Network is unsuccessful in contacting the winner, a new winner will be drawn at random after 24 hours. We will do our best to contact the winner using Messenger and phone if the phone number is provided on Facebook.
  6. Prize winner is the person that like/follows the Rebel FM Facebook page and tags a friend. The winner is deemed to be the person who enters and not the person ‘tagged’ on social media. The ‘tagged’ person has no claim to any prize. Prize sharing is at the discretion of the winner.
  7. Promotion 1:The ‘prize winner’ receives 2 x 3 day passes and two merchandise packs and these can be distributed at the discretion of the prize winner. Promotion2: 4 3 Day Passes, 4 x GC600 Merch Packs and 4 x Grid Walks.
  8. Prizes will be distributed to the winner by the Rebel Radio network PL and will be sent by mail or pick up at our Helensvale Studios prior to the start of the 3 day Gold Coast Event. If prize is for collection, then the prize must be collected prior to close of business (4pm) Monday 21st of October 2019
  9. Prize does not include travel or accommodation. If the prize winner is unable to attend the event, the prize will be redrawn at a later date subject to written confirmation
  10. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash
  11. Prize is provided by GC600 organising committee and Rebel Radio Network PL is not responsible for prize conditions or exclusions.

Rebel Radio Network Pty Ltd (ABN 89 007 013 096 ) (Rebel Media) and our related bodies corporate operate a number of commercial radio stations, websites, and other media platforms throughout Australia. In the course of conducting our business we may collect and handle your personal information.

We are committed to the protection of your personal information and meeting the standards set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Act), including the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This Privacy Policy sets out how we will handle the personal information that we collect and hold.

Collection of Information

Personal information means any information or an opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable, whether that information is true or not and whether it is recorded in a material form or not.

We also conduct research surveys for third parties. Where you participate in these surveys we may also collect information about your occupation and salary, your opinions about the brands and services of third parties, as well as sensitive information such as your political opinions or health information. We will only collect your personal information as part of a research survey with your prior consent.

Why we collect personal information

Generally we collect your personal information to provide you with products or services and to manage our relationship with you.

We also collect personal information for research and marketing purposes and to provide you with information about events, products and services (both our own and those of other companies that may be of interest to you), to improve the services we provide, to run various competitions and trade promotions, and to provide you with payment receipts.

Rebel FM Moustache Ride Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with Rebel Radio Network PL general terms and conditions. The Rebel FM Moustache Ride (Hereinafter referred to as “The Event”) which takes place from JSW Powersports and is organised by Rebel Radio Network PL (Promoters). The Event is open to persons18 years or above at the date of the Event and only persons 18 years and over at the time of the Event may register. Applicants must complete and submit the application online (Early registration) or in person on the day. Entry fees for the Event are non-refundable. Organisers reserve the right to refuse registration and entry into the Event. Registration is $35 and early registration includes a free Event ride tee shirt. Tee shirt numbers are limited and not all riders will get the opportunity to buy a shirt. Sizing numbers may be limited and once a size has been nominated on your registration form, an exchange or return will not be possible. The Organisers reserve the right to reject at any time any Online Registration Form which it believes to be fraudulent, or to disqualify at any time any Participant it believes not to have fully complied with these Rules and Regulations from participating in TheEvent. The Organisers shall not be liable in any way to such Participant as a result of any such disqualification or refusal. It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure full compliance with these Rules and Regulations. These terms and conditions (and any documents referred to herein) constitute the entire agreement and understanding of the Parties and supersede any previous agreement between the Parties relating to The Event. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall constitute or be deemed to constitute a partnership between the Parties. The Event will be held on Sunday 1st of December, 2019. The Organisers reserve the right to change the time, date and/or route and format of The Event and to cancel The Event, in whole or in part, without notice or liability to the Participant. The Event shall inform the Participant by email of any such change or cancellation. No drugs which affect the participants’ ability to participate in the Event, illegal substances, performance enhancing substances or intoxicants of any kind are permitted to be used by any participant either before or during participation in The Event. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse attendance at, or participation in, The Event by any persons found to have consumed or to have in their possession any drugs which affect the participants’ ability to participate in the Event, illegal substances, performance enhancing substances or intoxicants of any kind. The Organisers reserve the exclusive right and license throughout the world (and the Participant hereby irrevocably grants The Event such exclusive right and license) to record the Participant’s voice and/or interview and/or photograph and/or film the Participant at The Event (and before and after The Event may reasonably require) and to the unlimited, worldwide, sublicensable right to record, film, reproduce, edit and use in all current and future media (including any commercial purpose, without limitation, and without compensation to the Participant, broadcast, cable, satellite transmissions, print, audio, visual, audio-visual, virtual media, the Internet, mobile telephony and so-called “3-G” technologies, CD-ROM or DVDs) the Participant’s name, likeness and image or facsimile image, signature, voice, video and film portrayals and other means of identification of the Participant, and any biographical or other information or data related to the Participant (including race times and results), in connection with the production, advertisement, marketing, promotion or sale of Event sponsor products and/or the promotion, marketing or advertisement of The Organisers or any Event sponsor. The Participant further waives any right of inspection of any such recordings and photographs and understands that any such recordings and photographs recorded by The Organiser shall become the sole Property of The Organiser, as applicable.

As a continuing condition of entry each Participant shall ensure that, for the duration of The Event:

  1. safety approved Motorcycle helmets are worn at all times when riding.
  2. Participants not wearing helmets will not be allowed to ride in the Event unless there is a medical certificate stating otherwise.
  3. they register on the Event day and within the time provided by The Organisers.
  4. they do not start earlier than the time allocated on each Event day. Failure to comply with this rule will result in disqualification.
  5. they complete each route within the allocated Event time. Participants who are still on the route after this time (as determined by The Organisers) will classified as finished.
