Community Bank Local Legends – Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter: Rebel FM Network in partnership with Community Bank Logan / Community Bank.
2. Promotional Period: The campaign runs monthly from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027.
3. Voting Schedule: Voting opens at 12:01 AM on the 1st of each month and closes at Midnight (11:59 PM) on the 28th of each month.
4. Eligibility & Entry Rules:
• Voting is open to residents within the Rebel 905 broadcast area (Logan and the Scenic Rim).
• Strict limit of one (1) vote per person per month.
• Multiple votes are permitted from the same household or IP address provided they are cast by distinct individual voters submitting valid contact details.
• Voting must take place exclusively online via the official form at Rebel.Radio.
5. Club Nominations: Nominated clubs will be advised of their selection prior to the 1st of each month and encouraged to mobilise their community to vote.
6. Winner Determination & Prize:
• The monthly winning club will be determined solely by the highest volume of eligible, verified votes recorded by Midnight on the 28th.
• The prize is a single monthly grant of $500 AUD paid directly to the sporting club.
• The winning club will be notified via telephone and emailed official written confirmation.
7. Media & Image Authorisation:
• By accepting the prize, the winning club grants Community Bank Logan and/or Rebel FM permission to use the club’s name, logo, and promotional imagery exclusively for marketing purposes related to this competition.
• Image rights do not extend to minors (children under the age of 18) unless express written permission has been granted by their parents or legal guardians prior to publication.
