As the borders open across Australia and the weather heats up we are expecting more people to be hitting Queensland and the beaches during the upcoming Christmas holidays so Surf Life Saving Clubs are reminding swimmers to remain vigilant and especially to swim between the flags.
Catching up with Surf Lifesaver Brendan Scoffell we chatted about some safety tips and one key point he made was that we should all take on board is, “if we can’t see you we can’t save you”!
