In a social media post, Neil Finn has apologised to Crowded House’s North American fans after cancelling the US leg of their tour. Neil Finn said that the group had developed into a formidable live band over the past year and was planning to bring their show at full strength to America.
The Crowded House shows were postponed after Crowded house drummer Elroy suffered a painful lower back injury. He is currently receiving medical treatment, and it is hoped that he will fully cover in a matter weeks given rest and rehabilitation
Meanwhile Neil has teamed up with his bandmate and son, Liam Finn and will perform a set of tunes from Split Enz, Crowded House and Beyond at the Bourbon and Beyond Festival in Louisville Kentucky this weekend.
